FAST BLAST SEPTEMBER | Fall Challenge

Kicking Off Tuesday, September 7th

September got you crunched for time? With school starting, workplaces amping things up and the usual uptick in Fall activities, you may find yourself with less time for fitness. Before you know it, “less time” turns into your goals just taking the back seat and you are starting over in the New Year. Boo!

 

That is not happening this year! The JaimeFit September Fast Blast Challenge has you covered. This challenge will help you do more in less time so you can stay on the path to your goals and feel amazing in the process. 

And…you will have the chance to win a fun prize…FUN & FASHIONABLE RUNNERS/SNEAKERS/TRAINERS picked by ME for you! (Based on your preferences!) 

 

What To Expect: 

HIIT style workouts designed to improve body composition (less fat, more muscle), conditioning, flexibility and stability. 

Program designed to encourage shorter, more frequent workouts to keep up the fitness habit. (This is critical to help you be prepared for the even busier holiday season.) 

Learn how to eat healthier faster with Jaime’s Fast (Healthy) Food Tips.

Make it all happen with a smile on your face. Jaime makes things fun and easy, peasy. You will actually look forward to your workouts, learning new things and the non-diet nutritional approach!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE:

  1. Be a JaimeFit Member.   If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days!  Click here to register for your trial. 

  2. Complete a minimum of 4 JaimeFit workouts a week. (* All Live Stream Workouts will be 60 minutes, but the first 30 Minutes can be a stand-alone Fast Blast Workout. The second 30 minutes is a Bonus Blast for those of you who want “extra.”)   Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group. 

  3. Watch all of the recommended September K.I.S.S. Nutrition + Rise & Shine Videos. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching or comment on Facebook. 

  4. Participate in the Before + After Timed Mile Challenge Test. The first week of the challenge, time how quickly you can complete 1 mile walking, running, biking, swimming, roller blading, or whatever other activity appeals to you This is “on your honor.”  Repeat test before the challenge ends.  Record the numbers so you know what you are working toward.  There will be a special award for the most improvement!

  5. Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but some people love to account for their progress. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited! 

  6. Challenge Submission: To be considered for the prize, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by Monday, September 27th.

Not interested in participating in the Fast Blast? No problem! You can still enjoy the workouts and lessons at your pace.
