Booty Focused Training all month long in the LIVE STREAM & ON-DEMAND Workouts.
HIIT style workouts designed to improve body composition (less fat, more muscle), conditioning, flexibility and stability. Program designed to encourage shorter, more frequent workouts to keep up the fitness habit.

Make it all happen with a smile on your face. Jaime makes things fun and easy, peasy. You will actually look forward to your workouts, learning new things and the non-diet nutritional approach!
HOW TO BE IN THE RUNNING TO WIN THE CHALLENGE:
Be a JaimeFit Member. If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days! Click here to register for your trial.
Complete a minimum of 5 JaimeFit workouts* a week. Any of the JaimeFit videos counts as a workout. Videos range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes. Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group.
Watch all of the recommended October K.I.S.S. Nutrition + Rise & Shine Videos. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching.
Watch at least one SHINE MAKEUP TUTORIALS and [OPTIONAL] post 1 picture in the private Facebook group of a tip you learned or of you all dressed up and glammed.
Participate in the Before + After BOOTYBAND300 Test. Measure how long it takes to complete 100 Banded Bridges, 100 Banded Lateral Walks (50 right, 50 left) & 100 Quadruped Hip Extensions (50 right, 50 left). See the OCTOBER CHALLENGE WELCOME VIDEO for exercise demos. This timed test is “on your honor.” Perform the test October 5th and October 29th. Record the numbers so you know what you are working toward. Jaime will demo the test during the October 5th LIVE STREAM That said, you can also do the test on your own!
Equipment Recommendations. You will need Booty Bands and Dumbbells or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water). Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but some people love to account for their progress. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited!
Challenge Submission: To be considered for the prize, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by Saturday, October 31st. This can include your results, what you learned and how you are feeling, etc.

Not interested in participating in the Booty Beautiful Challenge? No problem! You can still enjoy the workouts and lessons at your pace.
