We’re halfway through 2021—are you where you want to be with your goals? Did life hijack your focus, energy and time? 🙋🏽‍♀️I get it! ME TOO! But, here’s the deal—there is still plenty of time to renew your commitment and redirect course for the rest of the year. That’s what the SUMMER REFRESH CHALLENGE is all about.
During the 4 weeks, we are infusing fresh energy into our goals/mindset, workouts, nutrition and lifestyle to rekindle your fire and focus. There will be a challenge winner each week who demonstrates a commitment to the weekly lesson/challenge, her goals and the workouts.

Drop what you don’t need: bad vibes, extra weight, excuses, self-limiting beliefs!
What To Expect:
30 - 60 MIN INVIGORATING WORKOUTS. (longer and shorter available too!)
FLEXIBLE LIVE & ON-DEMAND PROGRAMMING.
NO GUESSWORK PLAN.

FUSS-FREE, FEEL FAB NUTRITION
PERSONAL ATTENTION & ACCOUNTABILITY.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Be a JaimeFit Member. If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days! Click here to register for your trial.
Get Equipped. You need Booty Bands, an Exercise Mat, Dumbbells or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water) and an aerobics step (optional) and a jump rope (if you wish to participate in the optional jump rope workouts). We also use aerobics steps from time to time, but that is also optional. All moves can be done from the floor. If you are interested in really focusing on your nutrition and mindset, I highly recommend the JaimeFit Love Yourself Fit Journal too. Complete 3 (or more) JaimeFit workouts* a week. Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group.
Weekly Challenges. To be eligible for the WEEKLY PRIZES, you must complete the weekly challenges as outlined in the JaimeFit July calendar.
Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but many members love to account for their progress and provide another layer of accountability. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited!
Challenge Submission: To be considered for the CHALLENGE GRAND PRIZE, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by AUGUST 1.
