Imagine what it would be like to wake up on January 1st feeling invigorated, fit and fabulous rather than stuffed, bloated and exhausted—as is often the case after a hectic holiday season. 

It’s 100% possible. You can start your “season of success” with my New Year NOW Challenge.

And, don’t worry…this isn’t a "how strict can you be during the holidays” program. That’s so Bah Humbug!  Instead, it’s a “let’s challenge ourselves and have fun in the process” efficiently—I know there is little extra time or energy during the holidays! I’ve got your back!

There will be fun prizes given all throughout December. Start at any time!

What To Expect: 

30 MIN INVIGORATING WORKOUTS. (longer and shorter available too!) Fun, Worth-it HIIT Workouts designed to create all the good vibes while improving body composition (less fat, more muscle), conditioning, flexibility and stability. No typical LAME-O virtual workouts! 

FLEXIBLE LIVE & ON-DEMAND PROGRAMMING.  Join me for a LIVE STREAM or On-Demand Workout. Options for all timeframes and lengths (5 - 60 min)

NO GUESSWORK PLAN. Jaime curates a calendar each month with recommended workouts & well-life videos for each day to make living fit easy. Just follow the plan and watch the results.

FUSS-FREE, FEEL FAB NUTRITION to make eating well and navigating the holiday food gauntlet a breeze. No “DIETS” required.

PERSONAL ATTENTION & ACCOUNTABILITY.  You aren’t in this alone. Jaime, along with the other kick butt women of JaimeFit, will cheer you along and keep you on track. There are check-ins/coaching sessions on JaimeFit app/website, Facebook & Zoom. 

BURN BRIGHT MINDSET STRATEGIES. Where your mind goes, your body follows. Learn how to harness your thoughts, and you’ll be surprised how much more you’ll love the whole darn process! 

HOW TO BE IN THE RUNNING TO WIN THE NYN CHALLENGE:

  • Be a JaimeFit Member.   If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days!  Click here to register for your trial. 

  • Complete 4 JaimeFit workouts* a week. Any of the JaimeFit videos count as a workout, but follow the calendar for best results. Videos range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes.   Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group. 

  • Watch all of the scheduled K.I.S.S. Nutrition + Rise & Shine Videos. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching. 

  • NUTRITIONAL CHALLENGES: DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND….we are having some fun leveling up our nutrition!

    • MEAL LEVEL UP: Each week, Jaime will challenge you to upgrade a meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) based on her video instruction. You must post at least 1 picture of your meals in the group or via email each week.

    • BONUS SEASONAL INGREDIENT CHALLENGE: This optional additional challenge is for all you ladies that get easily bored with your nutrition. Incorporate these SEASONAL ingredients into your healthy meals over the 4 weeks and share your creations in the group (or via email) for a special Clean & Creative Culinary Goddess Award & Prize!

      The seasonal ingredients include: Apple, Carrots, Pomegranate, Brussels Sprouts, Romanesco, Sweet Potato & Winter Squash

  • Participate in The Daily 10. To keep your mind and spirit as healthy and well as your body, spend 10 minutes daily intentionally feeding your spirit. It could be reading, praying, meditating, listening to a podcast, walking in nature or journaling.

  • Equipment Recommendations. You will need Booty Bands, Dumbbells or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water) and an aerobics step (optional). The JaimeFit Booty Beautiful bands are available here. Members receive 15% OFF using the code LOVEFIT15.

  • Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but some people love to account for their progress. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited! 

  • Challenge Submission: To be considered for the Grand Prize, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by Tuesday, December 28th.

Not interested in participating in the Challenge? No problem! You can still enjoy the NEW YEARS NOW workouts and lessons at your pace.

* All Live Stream Workouts will be 60 minutes, but the first 30 Minutes can be a stand-alone Fast Blast Workout. The second 30 minutes is a Bonus Blast for those of you who want “extra.”
